Digital accessibility

we're dedicated to making our digital experience accessible to everyone. We continually review and modify our web site and mobile applications to improve its accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to provide an equivalent and positive experience to people who use assistive technologies or adaptive methods. As part of its commitment to accessible digital content, Testing is done with a combination of automated and manual testing. Tools and methods include keyboard only, JAWS, VoiceOver, Talkback, zooming to 400%, text spacing, and Color Contrast Analyzer. We primarily test with Chrome on Windows and Safari on iOS. PDFs are tested with Acrobat Pro Accessibility Checker, CommonLook Validator, Color Contrast Analyzer, and JAWS.

Welcome to Eye Candy Body Sculpting! Before booking a session with us, please take a look at our terms and conditions below. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, those who do not follow proper pre- and post-treatment care, those who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those who display disruptive behavior. We take the health and safety of our clients seriously and want to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Our terms and conditions are put in place to protect both our users and our business. We take the security and privacy of our users very seriously. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. Please be aware that Eye Candy Body Sculpting is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your personal or financial information. DISCLOSURE: THE TREATMENT IS A PROCESS AND SUBSEQUENT VISITS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS. SUBSEQUENT VISITS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES PER VISIT WHICH DEPENDS ON THE AMOUNT OF WORK NEEDED. ACTUAL RESULTS VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND EYE CANDY BODY SCULPTING, INC.DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT. ALL TREATMENT'S CARRIES WITH IT POSSIBLE HEALTH COMPLICATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES, WHICH INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE RISK OF KIDNEY FAILURE, LIVER FAILURE, PACEMAKER FAILURE, BIRTH DEFECTS, MISCARRIAGE, HYPERCHOLESEROLEMIA, PANCREATITIS, INFECTION, SCARRING AND/OR ALLERGIC REACTION TO ANY PRODUCTS USED, EXCESSIVE THIRST, DEHYDRATION AND NAUSEA. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMTITED TO ,ALL TREMAENTS, TREATMENT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF HIGH POWER LOW FREQUENCY. ULTRASONIC CAVITATION USES 28 KHZ TO 40 KHZ FREQUENCY ULTRASOUND TO PENETRATE THE SKIN AND ASSIST WITH THE BREAKDOWN OF FAT CELLS BY CREATING MICRO BUBBLES THAT INCREASES THE PRESSURE AROUND THE ADIPOCYTE AND FORCES IT TO IMPLODE, THUS BREAKING DOWN THE ADIPOCYTE'S CELL MEMBRANE.

AFTERCARE: AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY WHETHER GIVEN IN WRITING OR VERBALLY. FAILURE TO FOLLOW AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS MAY COMPROMISE THE FINAL RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT.

INSTRUCTIONS: YOU SHOULD AVOID ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, AND DRINK APPROXIMATELY 1.5 LITERS OF WATER (51 OZ) OF WATER WITHIN 24 HOURS.
BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER PICTURE: BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER PICTURES MAY BE TAKEN TO DOCUMENT YOUR TREATMENT. THESE PICTURES BECOME EYE CANDY BODY SCULPTING, INC'S SOLE PROPERTY AND MAY ONLY BE USED FOR ITS LEGITIMATE RECORD KEEPING.
